Service Advisor

  • Qualifications and Job Requirements
    • Maintain an efficient service department environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
    • Effectively listen to the needs of the customer for accurate quoting
    • Clear writing skills for clear and thorough descriptions -Review work in progress and communicate progress with customer
    • Request parts needed to complete jobs after quote is approved
    • Open and close customer paid, warranty and internal ROs -Work well with a team
    • Maintains enthusiasm and an atmosphere of teamwork and success
    • Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
    • Commitment to an exceptional customer experience
    • Skills Lightspeed/Evo experience a plus
    • Valid Driver’s license with Motorcycle endorsement
