- Qualifications and Job Requirements
- Maintain an efficient service department environment with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Effectively listen to the needs of the customer for accurate quoting
- Clear writing skills for clear and thorough descriptions -Review work in progress and communicate progress with customer
- Request parts needed to complete jobs after quote is approved
- Open and close customer paid, warranty and internal ROs -Work well with a team
- Maintains enthusiasm and an atmosphere of teamwork and success
- Ability to handle stressful situations with a positive attitude
- Commitment to an exceptional customer experience
- Skills Lightspeed/Evo experience a plus
- Valid Driver’s license with Motorcycle endorsement
